Delhi Kalyan Samiti was created with the Corpus Fund provided by Delhi Lotteries in a Cabinet Decision in the year 1995.
The DKS is presently working under the aegis of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi with the aim to provide non-recurring Grant-in-aid to NGOs working for the welfare of social/medical, society for upliftment of education, sports & cultural needs and for financial assistance to Individuals in case of hardship after objective assessment.
