He is the Chief Executive. He has the powers of Appointment, Promotions, Suspensions, Dismissal of DKS Secretariat staff with the approval of Chairman. He looks after the overall work of Delhi Kalyan Samiti.

It works under the Member Secretary as per directions given by him from time to time.
